Psalm 28:2
Hear my cry for mercy as I call to you for help as I lift up my hands toward your Most Holy Place.

Summerise: God will know what happen to us when we have trouble, his ears are attentive to hear us cry for mercy as we call to him for help as we lift up our hands, believe in him and we will draw near to his Most Holy Place! (=

Psalm 28:7
The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will thanks to him in song.

Summerise: The Lord is our strength, He will strengthen us whatever we are weak.
He is our shield/protection/guider and saver and many more, our heart must trusts in him and we are helped. Our heart jump or spring for joy and we will thanks to him with singing in song.

Keep your tongue from evil and yr lips from speaking lies.
Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

Summerise: Stop our tongue and lips from being evil and speaking all lies.
Turn from evil things and do good things; seek peace and pursue it.
