Working working working..

Recently I slept late, around 4 or 5 plus I will go bed. Hahas !

Kept working, meeting out with friends and others else..

I did not eat that much like last time used to.

Busyness keep me away from food. HAHAS !

Let's talk about work.

I hit TTL & PSNT ! Hehehes ! Yeah !

To those people who are working with me are counted lucky. =D

Yesterday, I run counter front by myself..

I don't know the rest go where, left me alone at counter.

I do runner and cashier at the same time, so fun !

Nobody block my way. =D

Oh ya ! I miss working with Faz.

So long diden work with her already.

And holiday gonna end soon, I can't work night shift already..

N level coming soon.. Sianz ! 

How I wish that I can don't take N level and wait until next year..

Okay, stop my nonsense..

I think I should need more focus on what am I doing.

I really getting lazy now days.

Hahas ! 

Counter Front

-Need more focus on crew following procedures.

-Focus on wastage.

-Every station must be clean, 

especially fries station. (Must skim the fries vat every 15 mins)

-Nothing to do -> Stock up as what is needed, sweep & mop, CAYG.

-During peak period, try to bring TTL down.

-Ensure TTL & PSNT must meet the target, please try your best.

*Crew Leader, ensure everything is properly done.

During peak period, apply the 5 driver.

And also do not waste so much, follow-up on every single crew.
